Supply
and Demand are the basic topics of economics but both are absolutely opposite
forms. Demand is related to consumers and supply is related to producers.
Before starting the topic we have to differentiate between stock and supply. In
this lecture you will see the difference of these two terms.
1. Stock is the total amount or
quantity of the goods we have.
2.
Supply is the part of our stock that we wish to
sell at the specific price in the given period.
3.
Supply and stock may be equal.
4. Stock may exceed the stock but
supply can never be more in quantity than the total stock.
