Here we are going to learn the division of algebraic expressions. Some basic rules and concepts will be discussed in this video. If these rules are kept in mind while solving these questions, we will be able to solve the question quickly and easily. We will learn how to solve a question of division in math.

 Example 1:

= (-25x3) ÷ (5x)

Multiply the first bracket with 2x and then multiply the second bracket with 2.

 Example 2:

 = (12x2 + 3x + 9) ÷ 3

 Example 3:

 = (3x + 5)2 ÷ (3x + 5)

Multiply the first bracket with x and then multiply the second bracket with 3.

 Example 4:

           (3x - 2)  (x + 5)     ÷           (3x - 2)

=         -------------------------------------------

 (3x - 2)           ÷       (x + 3)
