Motivation of firm
The firm’s motivation or aim
is to earn maximum profit or to minimize loss as the case may be. For this purpose,
the firm can adopt three basic options. The firm can maximize price of goods or
it can minimize the price to attract the customers. The firm should try to
minimize the cost of production as it’s the best way to get max profit.
